By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pkr804 platform available at pkr804.org, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including the pkr804 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online sports betting and casino gaming is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for a third party.

pkr804 is required to verify the age and identity of every registered player. 3.1 One Account per Player. Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one registered pkr804 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to promptly update such information in the event of any change. pkr804 accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr804 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pkr804 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your pkr804 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify pkr804 support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. pkr804 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.

3.5 Account Transfers. pkr804 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person. Any such transfer shall be void and may result in account termination.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pkr804 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All player account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pkr804 account in real time upon successful processing. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. pkr804 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. pkr804 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified payment methods, or payment methods that differ from those used for the most recent deposit. pkr804 aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours of approval, subject to KYC verification status.

4.4 Own Funds. By depositing funds into your pkr804 account, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity. pkr804 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

4.5 Currency. All transactions on the pkr804 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr804 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Any conversion costs associated with USDT deposits are reflected in the exchange rate applied at the time of deposit.

5.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the pkr804 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. By confirming a bet, you agree to be bound by those rules. pkr804 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances suggesting abuse of the platform.

5.2 Odds and Markets. Odds offered on the pkr804 platform reflect market conditions at the time of display and are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. For PSL matches, international cricket fixtures, and other live in-play markets, odds may be suspended or changed during the course of an event. A bet is only confirmed when a unique bet reference number has been issued to your account.

5.3 Settlement of Bets. pkr804 will settle bets using the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. In the case of PSL matches, the official result as declared by the Pakistan Super League shall govern settlement. Where no official result is declared within a reasonable period, pkr804 may void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.

5.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot titles available on pkr804, are operated by certified third-party providers and use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology or live dealer mechanics as appropriate. Return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for each slot title are disclosed by the game provider and may be reviewed within the individual game information panel.

5.5 System Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure affecting the correct operation of any game or market, pkr804 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and return stakes. pkr804 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical errors outside its reasonable control.

6.1 General. pkr804 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bets placed on certain games or markets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements — this is detailed per promotion.

6.3 One Bonus per Household. Unless otherwise specified, promotional offers are available to one account per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. pkr804 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or void any winnings derived from a bonus where it determines that a player has attempted to claim a promotion multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or other abusive means.

6.4 Abuse of Bonuses. pkr804 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using bonus funds solely on low-risk combinations to guarantee wagering requirement completion, or engaging in coordinated play with other accounts. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse may be suspended and all associated bonus funds and derived winnings forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr804 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one pkr804 account or accessing the platform on behalf of a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access account information, or interact with the platform in any non-human manner.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with athletes, officials, or other bettors.

10.3 Cap on Liability. In no event shall pkr804's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total net deposits made by you to pkr804 in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. pkr804 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, natural disasters, internet outages, power failures, or third-party service provider failures.

pkr804 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the pkr804 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by pkr804 includes, but is not limited to: your name, date of birth, CNIC or passport number, residential address, email address, mobile number, payment method details, and transaction history.
